Start at your goal and work backwards. When you are truly winning how do you show up for yourself. Tell me, is there structure to your day:

- What is happiness in your words? You can’t wait until life isn’t hard to be happy?
- What do you want?
- What standards am I setting for myself?
- What won’t I except? Where do I see myself in two weeks? Two months? Two years?
Start at your goal and work backwards.
You need to have a mindset of a champion. Act like you have the confidence. Talk like a champion, think like a champion, train like a champion, surround yourself with other champions.
At first champion mindset must be present to celebrate the small wins. If your mind is surrounded with junk, clear it out, the junk in your cupboards, make your bed, block the toxic numbers that you no longer answer. Set your intention of the day, create your momentum, and don’t stop until your pain has earned you your reward.
You need to have a mindset of a champion.
I invite you to start with day one, not the first day of the calendar month, not the day after a binge. The day you tell yourself you’re a champion is the day you start. Start in the AM, finish in the PM. Review and refine your progress. You are now on a mission.
