Your best version requires a unique and individually tailored approach. To achieve your best body you need to optimise all aspects of your life. Here at Mind Performance Health we specialise in helping our clients build their best versions by focusing on skills such as nutrition and training. We also use the art of coaching to build strong habits and behaviours that will help you achieve success.

Packages range from 13-24 weeks and include assessments, check in sheets, shopping list, nutrition plans, nutrition adjustments, supplement plans, skin-fold body fat testing, training programs and habit building sessions. Personal Training sessions are also included and range from once a week sessions all the way up to five times a week sessions depending on the chosen package.

The pursuit for excellence is a long time pursuit. At Mind Performance Health we are fortunate that we have long term clients that we help achieve long term results.

We don’t sell “sessions”. We offer experiences.
