Here at Mind Performance Health we specialise in helping our clients build their best versions by focusing on skills such as nutrition and training. We also use the art of coaching to build strong habits and behaviours that will help you achieve success.
Packages range from 13-24 weeks and include assessments, check in sheets, shopping list, nutrition plans, nutrition adjustments, supplement plans, skin-fold body fat testing, training programs and habit building sessions. Personal Training sessions are also included and range from once a week sessions all the way up to five times a week sessions depending on the chosen package.

You make contact and a consultation is arranged at the Mind Performance Health office.
Once the consultation is complete a custom plan is created to suit your individual needs.
With your trainer you execute the plan and achieve your desired health and fitness result.
Client results are produced by dedication executing our nutrition, workouts and lifestyle tasks to the best of their ability. We cannot eat, train or follow the plan for you. We can however provide you the steps that are tailored to you, bestow support and give you accountability as we are invested in your success.
