Nathans 8 Week Photo Shoot Preparation Breakdown

MPH has key training and nutrition methods that helps people get into shape.... FAST. At times our trainers will go through these methods themselves to learn and understand how to get the most out of these systems.

Below is Nathans transformation in 8 Weeks.

The setup is crucial. Doing an assessment to know where you are at right now with body fat, lean muscle, nutrition and workout volume is important to help manage expectations moving forward.

For the workout, we focused on exercises to help improve the look we were aiming for in the shoot.. mainly upper body focused. Nutrition was reviewed and adjusted weekly - aiming to hit 1% loss of body weight per week. In the final week we completed a peak week which involved a depletion of glycogen before a carbohydrate load. Small details of programming can go a long way to enhance someones look if done correctly.
