Do you have low libido? or find it needs a boost? Here are 4 ways strength training combined with a particular nutrition protocol can give you a boost

Yes, we sometimes will ask clients how their libido is going. We will also have clients request that wish to improve their libido prior to starting with us.

This can be a important variable of your hormone health, overall metabolic health and stress management.

Having a low libido may not be fun or ideal... it can be a sign that your drive, muscle growth and fat loss may also not be as optimal.

Here are a few tips to help get a libido boost

Tip 1: Lose The Excess Body Fat

Excess body fat. Higher body fat can equate to higher estrogens. If the balance of estrogen and testosterone is out - this can tank your libido.

The simple answer is to lose that excess body fat! 

Tip 2: Strength Train

From endorphin highs, increased blood flow and a increase of testosterone, strength training is a great way that can benefit your libido... and its also compliments tip 1 as it is a great tool to help burn body fat.

Tip 3: Excess Inflammation And Stress

Both inflammation and stress in excess is a sure way to challenge your libido levels. There are many forms of stress that can include perceptive, physical or cause from internal inflammation. Stress and inflammation are both important to have in life.... though in excess and without management you can kiss your libido good bye!

Tip 4: Healthy Fats

Healthy fats can influence your hormone production. If you do not consume the materials that help produce the hormones that influence libido, why expect your libido to be high? Including healthy fats such as avocado, coconut oils, nuts, nut butters and olive oil can help ramp up your libido!

Another important recommended step is always to seek professional help. Take your hormones seriously. You have one body, you need to treat it with care to get the most out of it.
