How I am Spending my time during the COVID-19 Lockdown

I believe there is no right or wrong way how you spend your time during these circumstances... as long as it makes you happy is where it should be spent. ⁣

For myself this is time I’ll never have again to restructure my future schedule, develop my team, work on projects and up-skill personally. ⁣

It was a goal to really review my schedule in 2020. Having this time will allow me to limit my future in person coaching sessions, concentrating on development of Mind Performance Health, the team and spending more time in my own personal education. ⁣

My schedule is below keeping in line with my values of Growth: ⁣

  1. 6.30am 20min Road Run- NEAT is low. Due to low steps this run helps bring my expenditure up for the day. I also use the run to think of ideas⁣
  2. 7.30am Personal Up-Skill - Monday’s: I get mentored on how to improve memory function - All other days atm are reading on nutrition, functional medicine. ⁣
  3. Mid Morning Staff development or MPH system Development- As a business we will be able to provide way more value once this is done ⁣
  4. Lunch: Write my new ebook - 10k words in and still a while to go! But this is a huge goal to get finished ⁣
  5. Mid afternoon Strength Session. Still in prep for upcoming physique competitions ⁣
  6. Late Avo/Dinner: Client updates/Relax and watch Disney’s Mandalorian with @elishadehnen (unless I’m on a run with a idea 😂)⁣
