Wish for faster results? Your workout program matters.

At Mind Performance Health we have sourced some of the best workout and training methods in the world that are thought to be the best when it comes to:

  • Decreasing body fat quickly
  • Building muscle mass quickly
  • Building strength

Ultimately, these methods help make you feel good and look good faster than some traditional ways

Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against all forms of training (unless they cause you harm) but if you actually get the right workout and training method fitted for your specific goal - You can have quicker results towards your desired outcome.

We all train for different reasons. Personally I always had a interest in what form of training would achieve the quickest and best results possible. I wanted a return on investment for my time spent in the gym.

The principles of what you get out of each training stimulus is what really matters, though methods are a simple way to group and execute that stimulus.

As an example for our body composition methods that decrease fat quickly and enhance muscle growth our personal training team may opt to use such training methods such as:


German Body Composition Method(Developed in the soviet union during the cold war) 
Escalating Density Training Method (Developed by world renowned strength coach Charles Staley)
Vince Gironda 8x8 Method (Invented by the great vince gironda) 

These methods are fantastic for speeding up fat loss and improving body composition due to density, systemic stress, growth hormone output, lactic and EPOC (Exercise post oxygen consumption)

Do be aware that there is no "perfect" training method.. some will do some things better then others. For example some will speed up fat loss, but may not be the best to build strength quickly.

As I have stated before. Execution of your training really does matter. At the end of the day it will come down to how you wish to spend your time training... either putting the time to the best use towards a measured performance or physical outcome.... or leaving details left on the table which may speed up your results.

The mind performance health personal training experience puts these pieces of the puzzle together to potentiate results.
