When I first started personal training in 2016 my mission was simple. Create the best personal training service for clients looking to achieve the best and quickest transformation results.
Paying attention to every client rep, their nutrition habits, supplement, workouts, lifestyle, accountability.... I found that 1:1 personal training was the best model to fast track my mission with MPH and one that helps clients achieve the best results.
Their are many different forms of training. Some have their place at different times.
Having a coach that watches you closely, builds connection, questions your habits and tailors a specific program is very powerful.
What I love about what we do at MPH and why we have been successful with our clients over the years is that we adapt our systems to our clients. We may change workouts to suit limitations, the nutrition method to suit preferences and our coaching to influence positive behaviours. I suppose the attention to detail differs when it is in a group setting and totally understandable why it would with more volume of clients/members at a given time.
For now 1:1 Personal Training seems to be the best approach I have found to deliver the transformation results you see on our website. Specific goals at times need a specific approach.
