With our personal training service and now helping 100s of clients specifically transform their bodies and you may ask "What is the secret that helps some of these clients completely transform their bodies to the point that they are head turning?"

It is a great question.

Now, not all clients that see us want this type of head turning transformation. But I am also here to tell you that the quote on quote "secret" is actually very simple.

Many of these clients obviously didn't start out with a shredded 6 pack body, obviously as you can see the before photo in our before and afters. But what did happen is that they knew they needed to make a change for the better.

There are many variables as MPH personal trainers we can adjust that of which may help speed up the results and maximise the time spent to get there. Also a huge benefit of 1on1 personal training is the attention to detail to the clients program and experience that has the potential to fast track any results.

But these clients showed up day in and day out for their self betterment. Consistently. They knew where they were going and executed the actions to get them there.

From walking into the doors of MPH, having their first consultations and assessing where they were at to where they wished to go. Managing the expectations of what was needed from both parties to achieve the goal. Then executing their training, workouts, nutrition and managing measurements of progress...... the magic is in the execution.

Yes, we have the influence as trainers to help bring out the character traits of a successful transformation: 

Grit, focus of attention, will power and determination.

For all the head turning transformations I have helped to achieve they presented these traits at their given times in their lives.
