By following our program Rebecca was able to drop 8% body fat and gain 2kg of lean body mass... more importantly she has a healthy routine and has had a lifestyle transformation that helps her confidence, vitality and longevity.

Our team at MPH helped by providing support with nutrition tailored and suited to Rebeccas routine and preferences. A specific workout program was created that was tailored to Rebeccas goals of shaping her body how she wanted.
