Last weekend, our team stepped onto one of the biggest stages in Australian natural bodybuilding, :the ICN Nationals Natural Bodybuilding Championships where the best natural physique competitors in the country compete for national titles and professional status.
The results spoke for themselves.
One of the standout moments of the weekend came from Joao, who officially earned his ICN Pro Card and became a professional natural bodybuilder.
Last season, Joao narrowly missed out, finishing second in a heartbreaking result that left us motivated to improve and return better. Over the off-season, the focus was clear: bring more size while maintaining elite conditioning.
That is exactly what we achieved.
Compared to last year’s physique, Joao stepped on stage with significantly more muscle, improved balance, and the same sharp conditioning that made him so competitive the first time around. The improvements in his back development, overall fullness, and stage presence helped separate him from the field and secure professional status.
To earn an ICN Pro Card at the national level is a massive achievement in natural bodybuilding and reflects years of discipline, consistency, and commitment.

Sally’s first bodybuilding season has been nothing short of incredible.
As a mother of five, Sally has balanced family life, training, nutrition, recovery, and posing practice while competing at the highest level of natural physique competition in Australia.
Earlier this season, Sally became the New South Wales State Champion in the Ladies Fitness Model category. She then stepped onto the national stage at the ICN Nationals and narrowly missed out on earning her professional status by just one placing.

Patrick competed in the Classic Physique division and delivered one of the most inspiring performances of the weekend.
After placing third in the Open division at his previous competition, Patrick returned with major improvements in muscle maturity, conditioning, and overall presentation. What makes Patrick’s journey even more impressive is the adversity he faced throughout prep.
Despite unique challenges leading into the competition season, he continued to show up every single week with professionalism, resilience, and a strong mindset.
Calling Patrick an inspiration within the MPH community is an understatement.
His transformation is proof that success in bodybuilding and fitness in general is not only about genetics. It comes down to consistency, mindset, discipline, and the ability to stay focused when things become difficult.
We are incredibly proud of the physique Patrick brought to the stage and excited about what his future holds in natural bodybuilding.

Sumit competed in the Men’s Physique division and once again proved why he is one of the most conditioned natural athletes on stage.
Although he narrowly missed his Pro Card by one placing, the improvements from last season were undeniable.
This prep focused heavily on adding more size while maintaining the elite conditioning he is known for, and the end result was a significantly improved physique that stood out on stage.
In natural bodybuilding and men’s physique competitions, building muscle while staying lean is one of the biggest challenges competitors face. Sumit executed that process exceptionally well.
We are proud of the package he brought to nationals and know there is even more potential to unlock during the upcoming off-season.
