Charlie lost a total of 20kg in scale weight and 18% body fat.
The first phases of nutrition were around consistent healthy eating habits while learning correct movement patterns of training. After the initial 4 weeks we stepped things up once the routine was established and increased the intensity of training while incorporating nutrition protocols like carbohydrate cycling and refeeds.
We also ran some lab analysis and increased Charlies testosterone levels to top of the range with particular dietary intake and supplements (all natural!). This testosterone increase was important for fat loss, muscle growth and increased drive! You can also see in the transformation photos below the difference in inflammation between Charlies before and afters.
Charlie is now on track to compete in his first physique competition under the guidance of master coach Michael Pritchatt.
