#3 Ways Personal Training Can Help You Improve Your Blood Sugar & Health

Improve your blood sugar to improve your quality of life. Energy, longevity, vitality and dad to quality of life... below I have 3 tips to help.

Below I want to give 3 tips to aid your blood sugar management. *PLEASE ALWAYS SEE A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH IMPLICATIONS OR THINK YOU MAY HAVE ANY HEALTH IMPLICATIONS.

Blood sugar is one of the health markers that seems to be coming up more often as well as blood pressure & cholesterol.

Outside transforming a clients body... helping health, vitality and longevity is something a healthy exercise routine may have a positive influence towards.

Obesity is on the rise. With this rise comes a tirade of health issues. Some of these health issues can be silent killers, deteriorating quality of life over time.

Type 2 Diabetes can be due to a poor lifestyle. The good thing is you may have some control to get this in check.

1. Become insulin sensitive

Insulin resistance means you have poor blood sugar stability, higher chances of possible heart implications, more body fat potential and cause many other issues with your hormones. All of which may cause a lack of energy, lack of confidence in the way you look and a possible decrease in longevity.

Insulin helps regulate your blood sugar. To become more insulin sensitive personal training can help by incorporating strength training. Stimulating muscle tissue will help insulin - aiding your blood sugar regulation.

Having guidance, accountability and support with your nutrition can also help. By getting your body fat down to healthy levels, your insulin sensitivity will need to improve.

By having a solid strength training program and a great healthy routine with food will yield positive results towards regulating your blood sugar.

2. Improve sleep quality and length

Sleep can help regulate stress hormones. You may of heard about the cortisol and insulin seasaw theory. When cortisol (stress hormone) are high excessively, you may find you are spiking your insulin... which can lead to insulin resistance and poor blood sugar control.

Sleep can be vital to help your longevity, vitality - day to day quality of life.

I recommend 7+ hours and aim to have the best quality of sleep as you can. Limit blue light before bed, epsom salt baths to relax, do things you enjoy pre bed and limit caffeine 8hrs pre sleep.

3. Don't do nothing...take action FAST.

This is my most important tip. As I mentioned above the world is getting more obese. Why? Because people aren't taking action quick enough. It's one things to read information on knowledge on how to improve things. It's another to take action, change your lifestyle and make a change.

Your decision is going to compound one way or another. Either for the better for your health, or for the detriment for your health.

I recommend you take a second to review where you are at and where you are heading if you do not take action. If you think you need to do something, I would recommend you do it.

Yours in health.
