In a world where information is so easy to access, why is obesity rising?
My thoughts on why are more so zoned in on proximity and environment. Who and what you surround yourself with. Both environment and people can have an influence on your decisions. A parent can influence their children. A partner can influence the other partner. This influence can be for better or worse for your health and body composition.
Eating food is a decision making process. You make a decision before eating it. The better quality decision, the better quality results with your health and fitness.
If you are struggling with decisions, environment and support. It may be time to change things up, so you can have help with your decision making process. Having someone around that keeps you accountable increases chances of success.. and being in an environment that brings out your best can also influence your success.
