We live in an age of abundance and ease to access information. You can find different diets, plans, workouts, macro splits and influencers at a click of a button.

You will hear it from myself and other professionals over and over again....... Consistency and Compliancy is the NUMBER 1 RULE when it comes to chasing any body composition goal.
